A map of the ILM Business Park, showing the different land parcels available. Airport Boulevard runs through the middle of the park. Parcels 1 through 6 are on the southern side of the road; the road encircles Parcel 3 to provide road access to Parcels 2 and 4; and Parcels 5 and 6 have a stormwater pond along their southern edge. Parcels 7 though 12 extend north of Airport Boulevard until they reach Hewett Drive. Gardner Drive borders these parcels along their western edge, and on the other side is the VA Outpatient Clinic building. Parcels 7 and 8 are grouped together by an unmarked road above them, making Parcels 9, 10, 11, and 12 separated from them. Parcel 9, which is directly across Gardner Drive from the VA Outpatient Clinic is occupied. At the end of this unmarked road is a roundabout and a hotel, which counts as Parcel 14. Driving East on Hewett Drive leads to Parcels 13, 14, and 16. All of the Parcels range in size and shape, but Parcel 6 seems to be the largest, and parcel 12 is the smallest.
