The Wilmington International Airport provides accessible handicapped parking spaces at airport-owned public parking lots. If you require wheelchair assistance, ramps are available throughout the airport and terminal. You may request a wheelchair from your airline in advance of your flight or at the ticket counter. Please advise your airline if you need any additional assistance when making travel reservations. For information on traveling with medical equipment, etc. please visit TSA.gov.
Certified service animals are allowed in the airport. Pet relief areas are located outside of the airport entrance. There is also a pet relief area you may access post-security.
If you need special assistance while at ILM, please locate the nearest staff member or stop by the Information Desk, located just inside the double doors of the Main Terminal Entrance. We’ll be happy to help!
