PARKING OPTIONS
Travelers have a variety of parking options at ILM. Please review the parking lot map, rates, and availability to plan ahead for the option that works best for you.
Handicap parking is available in all of the public parking lots. Handicap accessible transportation to/from the terminal is available in the Shuttle Lot.
All ILM parking lots are credit-debit only and accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. In all lots, you may park free for the first 5 minutes. If a technical difficulty or payment challenge arises, staff is onsite during commercial flight operations hours to assist customers as necessary and may be reached by calling 910-341-4336. If you are no longer on site and need a copy of a receipt or have another need, you may email the parking department.(Curious to learn more about ILM’s future improvements? Shuttle Lot – Economy
The free shuttle runs between this lot and the airport terminal approximately every 5-7 minutes, during flight operations.

DRIVER INFO
If you are dropping off or picking up passengers from ILM, follow Airport Blvd and follow signs that say “Arrivals & Departures”. Make a left to the Temporary Curbfront where you may Drop-Off & Pick-Up travelers. You may pick up/drop off your passenger at the curb but please do not leave your vehicle unattended. Parking at the curb is strictly prohibited and will result in ticketing and/or towing.
If you are picking up passengers you may wait for them in the new Cell Phone Lot, conveniently located to the right off Airport Blvd. There will be signs directing you to the cell phone lot. Once the passenger has contacted you that they are ready for pickup, simply proceed to the front of the temporary curb front to pick-up your guest.

For assistance to and from the gate area for your flight, you may make arrangements directly with your airline, when booking or managing your trip.
