Book it to Boston Promotion
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NEW OR ADDITIONAL USE OF WILMINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ILM) PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.
The following rules apply to this Promotion.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The “Book it to Boston Promotion” is offered and open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, approved to fly by the TSA and follow TSA regulations, and live within 100 miles of Wilmington International Airport (“ILM”). Direct employees, tenants and lessee employees of ILM and their immediate family (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) or members of their households are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Promotion rules (the “Official Rules”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion period for the “Book it to Boston Promotion” begins on Tuesday, July15th, 2025 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time (EST), and ends on Thursday, July 31st, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).
3. HOW TO ACCESS AND ENTER
Entrants must comment on “Book it to Boston Promotion” posts on Wilmington International Airport’s Facebook or Instagram page. To qualify, the comment should include the entrant’s response to the prompt on the Facebook or Instagram post. If entering on Facebook, entrant must “like” the “Wilmington International Airport” Facebook page. If entering on Instagram, entrants must follow the @ILMairport Instagram page. Entrants must have completed all criteria on social media to enter the promotion on (https://www.facebook.com/FlyILM/) (or) (https://www.instagram.com/ILMairport/) at the time of Winner selection.
4. DRAWING/ODDS
Winning entries will be selected at random from all eligible entries. There will be one grand prize winner. The prize winners will be randomly selected winners from the entire promotion period.
5. PRIZE
Winner will receive two travel certificates for the base fare of a roundtrip JetBlue flight (taxes and fees apply) provided by JetBlue Airways (prize supplier). Tickets will be valid to travel on JetBlue-operated, published, scheduled service from Wilmington International Airport (ILM) to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
Travel Certificate Terms & Conditions:
Each Travel Certificate is good for one-time use by one person in accordance with the travel restrictions identified on or in connection with the Certificate. All travel must be booked and flown within the specified validity dates. In the event that a Travel Certificate does not include dates of validity, the Certificate shall be good for travel booked and flown within one (1) year of the date of issuance. If specific flights or departures/destinations are not identified on or in connection with the Travel Certificate, the Certificate may only be redeemed for one-way JetBlue flights to/from JetBlue cities. (Not all JetBlue cities connect; call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2538) for information on connecting cities.) Redeemed travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and capacity controls (e.ag., flights to/from Caribbean destinations subject to heightened capacity controls), and seats may not be available on all flights. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Certificate is not valid for bookings on Mint, partner airlines or code share or interline flights or for use in connection with JetBlue Vacations packages, cruises or any other products or services. Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from JetBlue. Certificate cannot be partially redeemed, is not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value. Customers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage. If traveling outside of the United States of America, customers are responsible for any and all documentation requirements, including but not limited to, proof of citizenship and all applicable visa requirements. JetBlue is not responsible for a customer’s failure to present or provide adequate travel documentation required by the applicable laws of the territories a customer is traveling to or from.
Government taxes and fees apply to travel booked using a Certificate, are the responsibility of the customer, and will vary based on route. Government taxes/fees are subject to change as required by law. Customer must pay all applicable taxes and fees using a major credit card at the time of booking. Customer is solely responsible for fees for any oversized, overweight or extra baggage and fees for products/services sold separately, such as EvenMore® seats, pet fees, etc. To view baggage fees and other optional services and fees, see http://www.jetblue.com/legal/fees/.
A Travel Certificate may be redeemed only online through the link provided with the Certificate. Travel Certificates may not be redeemed at airport ticket counters or online. JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Travel Certificates or access credentials, except as required by law. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points or tiles. (TrueBlue is JetBlue’s loyalty program.) JetBlue’s change/cancel policies (including certain change/cancel fees) apply. If customer is a no-show for reserved flight or does not change/cancel prior to scheduled departure, customer will forfeit the Certificate(s) and all money associated with the reservation. Trip must be booked no later than 11:59pm MT on September 12, 2025. Trip must depart from ILM and return to ILM. Travel certificates are subject to blackout dates and capacity control limits therefore the winner is encouraged to book the flight at their earliest convenience for the best chance of availability on desired travel dates.
Winner will receive two tickets to the New York Yankee vs. Boston Red Sox game on September 13, 2025, at Fenway Park. Winner will receive a $500 Hotels.com gift card. Prizes will be emailed to the winner by Wilmington International Airport.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE REDEMPTION
Winners will be notified via a private Facebook or Instagram message the week of August 4th 2025. Winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within 48 (forty-eight) hours of an attempted notification. The failure to respond in a timely manner to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may attempt to contact up to 3 (three) potential winners of a prize with the above procedure after which the prize in question may go un-awarded if it remains unclaimed.
If winner is found to be ineligible or not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be selected.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wilmington International Airport and/or JetBlue Airlines assume no responsibility or liability for the cancellation or delays of booked flights, issues while booking flights, or issues during or with flights, or any other instances or scenarios associated with this trip that are out-of-control of ILM and/or JetBlue. At no time shall any entity providing prizes for this promotion, or operating or managing this promotion, be held financially liable or provide financial reimbursement for any part of the prize package. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, ILM reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part.
