Employees and tenants may park in the Customs’ lot. (View ILM Map) Employees and tenants are required to display an ILM provided hangtag from their review mirror. ILM will distribute the hangtags to your employer.
Non-based airline employees and others paying individually for employee parking may make payment and obtain an employee parking hangtag from the cashiers at the main daily lot exit. Cashiers are available to process employee parking payment and/or issue hangtags from 10:00 AM thru 10:00 PM daily.(Please see information below re: non-based employee parking changes effective Jan. 1st)
ILM provides a shuttle to transport employees and crew members between the Customs’ lot and the main terminal building. Prior to boarding the shuttle, employees will need to show their airport ID.
Non-Based Employee Parking – Effective January 1, 2020
Due to overall parking capacity concerns, effective January 1, 2020, non-based employee parking at ILM will be limited to active commercial airline crew only and only to crew working for airlines providing commercial air service to/from ILM – presently American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines (and the regional airlines operating flights on behalf of AA, DL and UA).
While the current $30 per month employee lot permit fee will remain in effect, the payment process will change. Full annual payment will be required (see rate schedule below) and permits will be valid for the current calendar year.
When purchasing a crew member employee lot permit the employee must present a valid airline employee CREW ID and/or a CREW SIDA badge from your base airport.
-Purchase a permit between January 1st and June 30th for $360
-Purchase a permit between July 1st and December 31st for $180
Crew employee lot permits will continue to be made available for purchase from the cashiers located at the exit plaza from the main daily/short term lots – between 10AM and 10PM daily.
Lost permits may be replaced with payment of the applicable fee based on the date of purchase.
Vehicles parked in the employee lot without a valid employee lot permit will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
Crew employees parking in any of the customer lots for any period of time will be required to pay the applicable posted customer rate.
All other non-based commercial airline employees (including retirees), charter employees/crew and fractional carrier employees/crew will need to use the public lots for their airport parking needs and pay the posted parking rates. Current rates are $1 per hour with a maximum rate each 24 hour period ranging from $8 to $24 depending on the lot. Individual lot rates are clearly posted at the lot entrances, on the ticket dispensers and on the airport’s web site parking page.
