If your baggage is delayed, you may check on the status of your checked bags by calling your airline directly. For your convenience, below is the number for each airline’s baggage service.
For American Airlines, you may call the Baggage Service Office, located at the ILM airport, at 910-632-5143. In the event an airline representative is not available to answer your call, this phone number does have a voicemail set up to receive messages as well. Please note, this phone number is for calls regarding delayed luggage only.
For delayed bags on Delta, you may call 800-325-8224.
For delayed bags on United, you may call: 800-335-2247.
