New Year 2023 Avelo Promotion
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NEW OR ADDITIONAL USE OF WILMINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ILM) PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.
The following rules apply to this Promotion.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The “New Year 2023 Avelo Promotion” is offered and open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, approved to fly by the TSA and follow TSA regulations, and live within 100 miles of Wilmington International Airport (“ILM”). Direct employees, tenants and lessee employees of ILM and their immediate family (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) or members of their households are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Promotion rules (the “Official Rules”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion period for the “New Year 2023 Avelo Promotion” begins on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time (EST), and ends on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).
3. HOW TO ACCESS AND ENTER
Entrants must comment on “New Year 2023 Avelo Promotion” posts on Wilmington International Airport’s Facebook or Instagram page. To qualify, the comment should include the entrant’s response to the prompt on the Facebook or Instagram post. If entering on Facebook, entrant must “like” the post on Facebook and “like” the “Wilmington International Airport” Facebook page. If entering on Instagram, entrants must follow the @ILMairport Instagram page. Entrants must have completed all criteria on social media to enter the promotion on (https://www.facebook.com/FlyILM/) (or) (https://www.instagram.com/ILMairport/) at the time of Winner selection.
4. DRAWING/ODDS
The winning entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The prize winner will be randomly selected from the entire promotion period.
5. PRIZE
Airfare from Avelo Airlines: Winner will receive two round-trip tickets on Avelo Airlines (Avelo). Tickets will be valid to travel on Avelo-operated, published, scheduled service on Avelo’s network. Winner will receive two round trip tickets on Avelo provided by Avelo Airlines and a $250 hotel voucher from Wilmington International Airport. Prize may be picked up at Wilmington International Airport during regular administration business hours, at a mutually convenient time arranged between airport staff and the prize winner. Tickets are inclusive of taxes & fees and include one carry-on bag, one checked bag, priority boarding, and a seat assignment (up to $20) per flight per Customer. Trip must be booked no later than 11:59pm EST on June 19, 2023. Trip must depart from ILM and return to ILM.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE REDEMPTION
Winners will be notified via a private Facebook or Instagram message. Attempt will be made to contact and notify winners within 48 (forty-eight) hours of winning. Winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within 48 (forty-eight) hours of an attempted notification. The failure to respond in a timely manner to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may attempt to contact up to 3 (three) potential winners of a prize with the above procedure after which the prize in question may go un-awarded if it remains unclaimed.
If winner is found to be ineligible or not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be selected.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wilmington International Airport and/or Avelo Airlines assume no responsibility or liability for the cancellation or delays of booked flights, issues while booking flights, or issues during or with flights, or any other instances or scenarios associated with this trip that are out-of-control of ILM and/or Avelo. At no time shall any entity providing prizes for this promotion, or operating or managing this promotion, be held financially liable or provide financial reimbursement for any part of the prize package.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, ILM reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part.
