Pick Your Escape | Avelo Promotion
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NEW OR ADDITIONAL USE OF WILMINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ILM) PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.
The following rules apply to this Promotion.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The “Pick Your Escape | Avelo Promotion” is offered and open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, approved to fly by the TSA and follow TSA regulations, and live within 60 miles of Wilmington International Airport (“ILM”).
Direct employees, tenants and lessee employees of ILM and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) or members of their households are not eligible. Winners of ILM-sponsored promotions within the previous 12 months are not eligible to win.
By entering, participants agree to these Promotion Rules (“Official Rules”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion Period for the “Pick Your Escape | Avelo Promotion” begins on June 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
Dates are subject to change at the discretion of Wilmington International Airport.
3. HOW TO ACCESS AND ENTER
Entrants must engage with designated “Pick Your Escape” contest posts on Wilmington International Airport’s Facebook and/or Instagram pages during the Promotion Period.
To receive an entry, participants must:

• Comment on the post with a response to the prompt provided
Participants may enter through either Facebook or Instagram. Entry on both platforms is not required.
Participants must complete all required actions on the platform through which they enter. Entry on one platform constitutes a valid entry; participation on both platforms is optional.
Limit one (1) entry per person per contest post. Multiple contest posts throughout the Promotion Period provide additional opportunities to enter and increase chances of winning. Entrants must have completed all criteria on social media to enter the promotion on (https://www.facebook.com/FlyILM/) (or) (https://www.instagram.com/ILMairport/) at the time of Winner selection.
4. DRAWING/ODDS
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
A travel voucher for the base fare of two (2) round-trip tickets (taxes and fees apply) on Avelo Airlines. Each round-trip ticket includes priority boarding, 1 carry-on and 1 checked bag, and a seat assignment up to $30. The round-trip tickets and include items are provided by Avelo Airlines (prize supplier).Tickets will be valid for travel on Avelo-operated, published, scheduled service from Wilmington International Airport within Avelo’s route network, subject to airline availability, blackout dates, and any restrictions imposed by Avelo Airlines.
Travel Voucher Terms and Conditions
Prize details, redemption instructions, and booking procedures are listed on the voucher provided by Avelo Airlines.
Customers are subject and entitled to all provisions of Avelo Airlines’ Contract of Carriage. https://www.aveloair.com/contract-of-carriage Travel must originate from and return to Wilmington International Airport (ILM). Travel must be booked and completed by 5/31/2027. Must contact the Avelo customer support center to book, change, or cancel at 346-616-9600. Must book a minimum of 14 days prior to travel. No cash, credit, or other refund value if canceled or moved to a different date, unless required by law. Non-transferable, subject to availability, no cash value if service is terminated.
Winner is responsible for any expenses not specifically included in the prize package, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, travel insurance, optional airline fees, personal expenses, and applicable taxes.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE REDEMPTION
The winner will be notified via private Facebook or Instagram message within approximately one week following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
The selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Wilmington International Airport may attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners before determining that the prize will remain unawarded.
If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wilmington International Airport and Avelo Airlines assume no responsibility or liability for flight delays, cancellations, booking issues, schedule changes, travel disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond their control.
At no time shall Wilmington International Airport, Avelo Airlines, Facebook, Instagram, or any entity providing prizes, administering, sponsoring, or supporting this promotion be held financially liable or responsible for reimbursement related to any portion of the prize package.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Wilmington International Airport, Avelo Airlines, Facebook, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Wilmington International Airport reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part at its sole discretion.
