Dates: This promotion begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 8/1/19, and ends at 11:45 p.m. EST on 8/20/19 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: Entrants must be legal U.S. residents, and at least 18 years of age or older, to participate. Officers and employees of the Wilmington International Airport (the “Sponsor”), and the immediate family members of the foregoing, are not eligible to win. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries.
To Enter: There is one (1) way to enter:
Method # 1: Those that complete the survey titled “ILM Passenger Survey – 2019” via SurveyMonkey, and complete the section stating they are interested in entering the contest, including full contact information, will be entered.
Limit: One (1) entry per person.
Drawing/Prize: On/about 8/21/19, two (2) winners will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received. Each winner will receive (1) $300 airline Gift Card or up to $300 worth of miles for American Airlines, United Airlines, OR Delta Air Lines, to be delivered via email or postal mail. Method to be determined by Sponsor. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
General Terms & Conditions: Potential Winner will be notified via email or phone, and will have 7 days within which to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitution or exchange of prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entry constitutes permission, where allowable, for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of the winner for promotional purposes, without further compensation. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All taxes on prizes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Entrants/winner agree to “hold harmless” the Sponsor and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all damages that may result from acceptance of the prize offered, and/or participation in the promotion.
